How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time from your Dashboard. You will need to be logged in to do this. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, see How do I reset my password? instead.

Step 1 — Go to your Dashboard

Click the Dashboard link in the navigation bar at the top of any page.

Step 2 — Click "Change Password"

In the Account section on the right side of the Dashboard, click Change Password.

Step 3 — Enter your new password

Enter your new password in the New Password field, then type it again in the Confirm Password field to confirm.

Step 4 — Click Save

Click the Save password button. Your password will be updated immediately. Use your new password the next time you log in.

Tips for a strong password: Use at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using the same password you use on other websites.
