If you are having trouble logging in, work through the steps below to identify and fix the problem.
You must activate your account before you can log in. When you registered, an activation email was sent to your email address. If you never clicked the link in that email, your account is not yet active.
Solution: Go to the login page and click Resend Activation at the bottom of the form. Check your email (including your spam or junk folder) for the activation message and click the link inside it.
Solution: Go to the login page and click Forgot Password? below the Submit button. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Make sure you are entering the same email address you used when you registered. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one.
Free host listings are periodically deactivated if availability dates are not kept up to date, or if the listing breaches our guidelines. If you believe this has happened, try the Resend Activation link first. If that does not resolve it, contact us.
