If your listing is not appearing in search results, work through the checks below to find out why.
If you cannot log in, your account may have been deactivated. Go to the login page, click Resend Activation, and follow the instructions in the email.
Free listings with availability dates set in the past are automatically deactivated. Log in, click Dashboard, then Edit Listing, and update your availability dates to a future date. Click Save.
If you previously set Hide Listing? to Yes, your listing will not appear in search results. Go to Dashboard → Edit Listing, set Hide Listing? to No, and click Save.
When entering your address during registration or editing, you must select one of the suggestions that appear as you type. If you typed your address without selecting a suggestion, your location cannot be correctly geocoded and your listing will not appear on the map.
To fix this, go to Dashboard → Edit Listing, clear the address field, start typing your address, and this time select one of the suggestions from the dropdown. Click Save.
If you are searching for your own listing, try increasing the proximity radius on the search page. Your listing may be appearing but outside the default search area.
