How do I cancel a Paid Listing?

You can cancel your featured listing subscription at any time. After cancellation your listing will revert to a free listing — it will not be deleted.

Steps to cancel

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Dashboard in the navigation bar at the top of any page.
  3. In the Account section, click Billing.
  4. Click the Cancel button (for direct card payments) or Cancel PayPal Subscription button (for PayPal payments).
No cancel button? If you do not see a cancel button, you do not have an active subscription. Your listing may already be on the free tier.

Cancelling a PayPal subscription

If you originally subscribed via PayPal, the cancellation button on our site will redirect you to PayPal to complete the cancellation there. Alternatively you can cancel directly in your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.

Hiding vs cancelling: If you want to temporarily stop your listing appearing in search results without cancelling your subscription, use the Hide Listing option instead. See Hide my listing.
